Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HarnessAny, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

HarnessAny is a multi-model AI generator for people to generate images on model, tool, and comparison pages. Users sign in with email or Google; generated content is stored in their private generation history. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Interest Lists

Joining an interest list requests updates about that feature only; it does not create an account, grant credits, or make a purchase. Submit only an email address you control. You may request removal by contacting us.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or submit harmful content.

AI-Generated Content

The service uses third-party AI models to generate content from your inputs. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use or share it, and for how you use it.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the text and images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them, including through third-party AI providers, only to operate the service. Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that violates someone else’s rights, including their privacy or likeness.

Storage Of Your Results

Results generated for you are stored in your account so you can view and download them. If your account has never made a purchase, each result is deleted 90 days after it was generated. Once your account has made a purchase, your results are kept until you delete them. You can delete any result at any time. Download any result you want to keep.

Credits

Credits pay for actions in the service; the cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Free credits granted at sign-up are given once per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain them is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

Payment And Billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan selected during checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Content And Model Use

HarnessAny is for safe-for-work content only. Prompts and uploaded images are screened automatically before generation, and generated images are screened before they are shown; requests that are blocked are not charged.
HarnessAny is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make the models it offers. Model names identify the third-party models used, and outputs are not products of those companies.
You must have the rights to any image you upload. Your generation history is private to your account.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
